GDPR 2018 UPDATES

Afi magazine takes your data privacy seriously. In short the GDPR 2018 requires all information companies that process personal data to be concise and transparent about personal data handling. 

 

To put in simple terms, Afi will only use your registered data in-house. (i.e. we do not share your personal data (email for example) with any other companies). Subscription to our newsletter is optional. Subscribed members to our website will receive only news about our magazine and not from third parties. Subscribed members has a right to unsubscribe at any time they wish. 

Contributors to our magazine are required to provide email address and other social media extensions for publication purposes. Email address is use for communication with the individual only and will never be shared with any other companies. Social media extensions (e.g. instagram, facebook handles) provided to our magazine during the submission process are shared for the purpose of directing public to the contributors social media platform. If contributors do not want these information published, they are not required to submit these to us (as per our submission form). If submissions are made via Kavyar (an online  submission platform) - their data will be handled separately by Kavya.

Information Collection And Use
